Pretty nice apartment and well located close enough to the old city. Very good value for money. Supermarkets are nearby. All the apartment was clean, it is not big but adequate. Pretty spotless, the bed was comfy, the bathroom with shower and shower gel provided, even a laundry machine! Kitchen was equipped with essentials: kettle, microwave, a sink and some cutlery. AC cold and heat was working fine in late December (it was 4°C outside). Located on a first floor racons the street.

This apartment in Nicosia was exactly what we needed. Compact but very well equipped, it offered everything for a comfortable stay -a clean bathroom, a cozy bedroom, and a small kitchen with just the right essentials: a microwave, an electric kettle, and even a washing machine, which we truly appreciated being able to use. The air conditioning was also a great plus -we didn’t need it all the time, but when the heat hit hard, it was incredibly helpful. The self check-in and check-out process was quick and straightforward, allowing us to manage everything with total ease and flexibility. Parking was simple too, with spots available either on the street or in designated areas just across from the building. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it for one more night. A smooth, no-fuss experience that worked perfectly for our time in the city. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

This review is from my wife Sveta: I stayed for one night to take a Greek exam in Nicosia. I needed a cheap and convenient option. And I found it. Very easy self-check-in. The room exceeded my expectations. The bed was super comfortable! There was water, coffee, and tea. Thank you for them. The water heated up quickly, and all the equipment worked well. It was easy to leave the car under the windows for free.
