The size and condition of the apartment were wonderful. Facilities on offer were great, and the air conditioning was spot on.The proximity to Nicosia centre was perfect, and the views from the front and back were stunning. After two nights, I really didn't want to leave. Once I received online instructions, checking in was straightforward. Landlord was very helpful.

The location was brilliant, just a few mins walk from the main Nicosia bus station, directly on the city walls so connecting you to both the old and new town in minures. The views were fantastic, with three balconies in the property giving you a choice of views and ability to chase the sun! The flat was nice, bed was comfy. We enjoyed having a kettle and kitchen (also there was some coffee and olive oil etc available for use). The host communicated well via email and Whatsapp and everything worked as expected in terms of receiving instructions for check in. Property overall felt like good value.

great location , only 10 mins walk to the border , very close to restaurants , beautiful panoramic view from the two balconies on 4th floor comfortable mattress. I recommend Mish Mish restaurant near by ( we went twice .. it’s was delicious )

Best location one can hope for, absolute center of everything,, host was very proactive with communications, apartment had everything you will need. Great restaurants and coffee shops, all within minutes away. We loved it and would absolutely stay again.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable With aircondition in both rooms. It had all most important stuff in it. Apartment is located just next to the city centre and just door in door You have a minimarket. There was small thing in apartment which was missing which we would probably never even mention but the owner wanted to make sure we are comfortable there that we actually said it. The issue was imidiatly fixed and we got even small gift. That is example of how to turn over small minuses into big pluses. We were very impressed and we can confidently say that was in our top 3 stays in the world. Big Kudos for 5* hospitality.

“Perfect little apartment”

Perfectly located little apartment with everything you need. The Manager was very helpful in advance and available 24/7. The AC worked fine and so did the WiFi. From the balcony you have a very nice view.

Comfortable apartment just within the old city walls with great views on both sides of the city. There was some traffic noise from the main road outside but was fine overnight. It’s about a 5 minutes walk to the bus station and about 20 minutes to the boarder control with Turkey.
