“Lovely, accessible and comfortable 1BR flat in Nicosia”

Beautiful, spacious and comfy place. Felt like a home.Owner was absolutely helpful and understanding. Checkout was super easy and they gave me great recommendations for places to eat in the area.

It's a beautiful apartment with all the amenities. The host was, even you won't see him, really attentive. The house is clean and even has a coffee machine maker. Bed is comfortable to sleep in. I didn't hear the noise of the road.

Nicely located a short walk from the old town but close to a number of excellent bars and restaurants. Hosts were exceptionally responsive. Room arrangement was well thought-out and practical.

A great base for exploring central Nicosia, while being outside the busy tourist area. Modern, well-equipped apartment in great order. Excellent communications. Most things you could need within 10 minutes walk. Location is on a busy road, but you don't notice once inside. Great deli just round the corner.

“Nicely-Sized, Well-Located, Capably Run”

The Mini Art House is a turnkey apartment with no front desk. Instead, visitors are provided with a door code for entry. The host is very responsive, was in touch before our arrival, topped up an item that was not in the apartment on arrival, and provided a luggage storage solution on our checkout day. The building itself is located just off a main road on the edge of a residential area, and is an easy 1.3km walk from Eleftheria Square, which is a main access point to the old town. Since the accommodation does not offer breakfast, several excellent morning restaurants are available along nearby Themistoki Dervi street,. Two major coffee chains are also located on Georgiou Griva Digeni street. The apartment itself is fairly large, bright, clean, and fully equipped for either a short or long stay. Our bed was very comfortable. Ample hot water is provided through a solar panel that has a wall-mounted boost function for cold or overcast days. All told, we were very happy with Mini Art House and recommend it highly.

Good central location. Hosts were amicable and midway of our stay offered a free room clean and change of bed linen and towels. Parking was free and secured. Local shops/restaurants nearby.
