“I DIDNT EVEN STAY THERE I SAW IT AND I LEFT”
THE BUILDING IS TOO OLD AND DIRTY THE FIRST FLOOR IS ABANDONED AND READY TO COLLAPSE. 'THE SUITES' ARE NOT SUITES ITS JUST AN APPARTMENT THAT WAS SEPARATED INTO ROOMS. YOU HAVE TO WALK ON YOUR TIP TOES IN ORDER TO NOT WAKE UP OR DISTURP THE REST OF THE PEOLPE THAT ARE STAYING THERE. 300 EUROS FOR A BEDROOM FOR 4 NIGHTS IN AN ALMOST APANDOND BUILDING IS A LOT

“Comfortable stay”
I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay. The facilities are well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. George was very welcoming and friendly throughout my stay and always available for any questions.

“A luxuriously equipped apartment in a quiet part of Nicosia.”
This is a very well equipped apartment in a quiet residential area not far from the centre. It appeared to have been recently renovated as everything was new and the furniture and fittings were all of a very high standard - it was obvious that no expense had been spared.

“Too expensive for the general conditions.”
The apartment is very well equipped and the facilities are apparently new. Seems that the owner spent a lot of money for that apartment and maybe that is why the rate is so expensive :) But keep in mind that you, as a guest, have private access only to your room and the bathroom, the rest of the apartment is shared with other guest, so the general atmosphere is a little strange. Like everybody is tiptoeing :) That is not very comfy but for one night was OK. The location is in walking distance to the city center.

Hotel prices have jumped in Cyprus, so this was a good option. Flat is within walking distance of Old City, there are good public transport options nearby, ie intercity buses on Makarios street bus stop and local buses from Kennedy and other nearby bus stops. George is a good host. Two good supermarkets nearby, lots of food and restaurant options nearby.
