Everything was perfect! Clean, quiet, and peaceful. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is nearby, and the pool is just one step from the door. The host kindly agreed to a late check-out without any problems. The mall and other places are only 12 minutes away by car. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place!

“A relaxing break with all the the comforts of home”

Andreas is a lovely host and the studio is clean, comfortable and spacious. The garden and pool are are a little slice of heaven on the outskirts of Nicosia.

I discovered a true gem! A place where a private pool melds seamlessly with the beauty of nature. The moment I arrived, a sense of calm washed over me, and the inviting environment made staying indoors much more appealing than venturing out. The cleanliness of the place was nothing short of remarkable, leaving me with a feeling of purity and relaxation. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the sparkling pool to the immaculate surroundings. Andreas, the host, was a standout in his dedication to ensuring a wonderful experience. As we arrived, there he was, waiting for us at the gate with a warm welcome. A quick message was all it took for him to be at my service, and his genuine care added an extra layer of warmth to the stay.

It is a beautiful place to stay. Andreas and Sevi were great hosts, and it was a privilege to share what is clearly a labour of love and part of their home. The grounds were stunning and very well kept and a pleasure to look at. The apartment was perfect, we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. We were given our privacy, the pool was cleaned daily, and we were given a bag of fresh oregano to take home. Loved it 😍

Host amazingly friendly. Garden beautiful and the property is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Swimming pool spotless. Location for shops and all amenities perfect. Definitely will return.

A great place, well-equipped, well kept, nice owner, not too far from supermarket and restaurants (but if you stay her, you’ll need a car anyway.) Every question or requirement is swiftly solved by the owner. Highly recommended.

Wonderful structure. Private and surrounded by a very well kept garden. Easy access to the motorway. Very welcoming and kind hosts, always going out of their way to ensure that their guests are happy.

Our stay at Andreas‘ and Sevis house was wonderful. Everything is exactly like in the pictures. It's a little oasis. The two take excellent care of everything, we didn't miss anything. A very idyllic place, perfect for relaxing and vacationing. The hosts are incredibly nice. We felt comfortable at all times. Our privacy was also respected. We found the location of the house great as it is not so touristy. We had a rental car, so you can easily explore the island. But we loved being at home in the pool. Everything was just perfect. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation and would love to come again. Such a beautiful house is rare.

The space was spacious, well-kept, clean and organized. The bathroom was very clean, and of good quality. A nice view from the bedroom, the kitchen met all requirements and was equiped with all necessary items. Pool was also clean, well-kept, and somewhat private. Overall 6.5/10 experience.

We liked the privacy and the peace of mind during the stay. The host Andreas was very welcoming and caring about our stay. We didn't lack anything. The property is well located to a bus station, 2 minutes walk to the supermarket. If you are looking to visit around then worth renting a car. But if you want to enjoy a peaceful stay, swimming pool, bbq and reading then it is a perfect place to be. We highly recommend.
