The apartment is beautiful,renovated and VERY CLEAN! The building is very old.The area is 50/50,you you have a private parking space,even more than 1 but if you have a big car it's very difficult to park and spots on the street are limited during the people living around,but,with some luck you can catch as I catch one. You have Smart tv,wifi,good connection,fast,coffe,big fridge with big freezer. The building is old! Keep it in mind. Also,there is a door inside the apartment connect with another apartment,which was shady for me and I didn't like it,the air conditioner in the livingroom barely working but in the bedroom I didn't have a problem.Walking to the city center 30/35 mins (depends on you and how u walk)but 7-10 min with car.you have supermarket(alpha mega) 8 mins walking,mc donalds,caffe nerro(8 mins walking)You have a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Balcony was clean.The host was more than polite and helping with my questions.

It was easy to access and information readily available. The area is very convenient for town centre but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The apartment was roomy and nicely laid out out. Everything necessary was made available including bottles water in the fridge. Wi-Fi was excellent. I was very happy with this booking and would certainty stay again.

The apartment was very big and clean. Communication was clear and the accommodation included everything we needed (even a washing machine). I would definitely recommend this to someone else.

The apartment is very clean, it has everything you could need, very neat and tidy ideal for a night away in nicosea.

The accommodation was very cosy and clean, making for a pleasant stay. The bed was absolutely amazing, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The couch was also very comfortable, and having Netflix available was a nice bonus for relaxing evenings. Additionally, the host was extremely polite and accommodating.

Excellent apartment, clean and comfortable. quiet Well equipped. Iron, washing machine, washing machine, shampoo and soap, kitchen utensils, and much more. Excellent and available communication with the landlord on WhatsApp and through the website, I asked for another blanket, they brought it right away. Very close to the Alpha Mega supermarket, as well as (12 minutes walk) to the Medical school of the University of Nicosia. Close to the european university too. Comforte bed and sofa
