Lovely apartment a 20 minute walk from the European University - great for us. A couple of nice local restaurants and a cafe for breakfast. Apartment comfortable and clean with good facilities. Theo was very kind and helpful including the loan of an umbrella on a rainy day!

“Best places to stay in Nicosia!”
The apartment is magnificent from every point of view. The spaces are large and bright, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It offers every possible comfort. It is located a short distance from the city center, which can be easily reached on foot. Theo and his staff are very helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any questions. Absolutely recommended for a stay in Nicosia!

Amazing flat with a nice owner. Good location. Flat has good furniture, comfortable beds. There is also coffee machine with capsules. Air conditioners are good and powerful, water heater is also fast

verything. The location, the comfort... The host has thought of the smallest details and was very helpful. There was water, coffee, tea and milk and cookies in the kitchen waiting for us. Excellent wifi, TV with Greek channels but we liked it as well as the radio channels that we enjoyed listening in the morning. Lots of cafeterias in the proximity and the property is just a short walk (approx. 20 minutes ) away from the heart of Nicosia.
