The apartment is exactly as described, very clean, and perfect to reach the centre of Nicosia. Thanks to the instructions received by message, collecting the keys and entering the apartment was very easy. Vassos is the perfect host, he made sure that everything went well and was always available. Best choice, for any time I visit Nicosia!

“Clean, modern apartment on the second floor of an older building. 30 minutes walk to the old town.”
Refurbished to include modern and stylish furniture and fittings. Good size TV. Very responsive hot/cold heating units. Nice shower/bathroom. Host provided; 2 large bottles of water, coffee pods, tea/coffee sachets.

“Will come back again!”
Location, private parking space, clean apartment. The sofa bed was big enough even for an adult! A lot of clever details/solutions in the fully equipped apartment. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient place to stay. On the ground floor, a very nice cafe with meals for all day! Last but not least, the owner, Mr Vassos, was extremely helpful!

“Excpetional!!”
The apartment is indeed exceptional! It's clean, super well decorated and provides all the best comfort. Bathroom is renovated in the greatest condition. Hot water and heat were super fast. Special requests are answered! Absolutely incredible!

The owner is a very friendly person. He explained everything in great detail, sent instructions for moving in and out. The apartments are clean and newly renovated. There is a very good cafe in the house.

Our stay at the house was fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and the hospitality was exceptional. Additionally, the house was fully functional and equipped with all cooking amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the area. We can't wait to be back! Highly recommend it!

“Very nice place”
I spent 6 weeks in this apartment and I had everything I needed. Its clean, well furnished and the location is calm. Its little futher to the city center but there are few good restaurant close too.

“Very comfortable, good facilities, clean, peaceful and central”
This is a clean, beautifully decorated and central apartment, let by a very friendly host. The Cyprus Bus app will let you know when the next bus is into town, or you can take a 25 minute stroll. It’s a quiet area opposite offices, but there’s a smart cafe downstairs, and a great restaurant at the end of the road.
