Quiet location handy to the main tourist attractions. Well-eqipped kitchen. It was nice (for once) to be staying a reasonably typical basic Cypriot residence instead of a generic hotel room. Communications with host Maria were prompt and helpful,

the apartment condition is very good, clean and close to old town and bus stop. supermarket is just at the corner and the facilities is kitchen is very good for cooking food.

Lovely spacious place with high ceilings and an outdoor seating area. Really close to all the Old Town sights - within the city walls. Quiet location. Simple check in and great communication. Perfect!

“Lovely quiet stay in a historic street”

Nicosia seems to be a very safe city - the keys were left for me wrapped in a piece of paper and stuck in the bars of the front door. :) The house is in the heart of the old city, on a typical narrow street with delapidated but picturesque historical houses. Chris house itself is clearly old - thick stone walls, very high ceilings to keep the air cool, carved wooden doors. It is in good repair and very clean. There is aircon and wi-fi. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is comfortable. It is very quiet at night. The best part was the tiny back walled yard where I had breakfast in the relative cool of the morning. I really a lovely time.

I promised i would return , everything was as good as the first time I stayed. Excellent place to stay in Nicosia. Excellent, reliable and wonderful hosts. Located within the old walled city, authentic styled home, very cosy, very cool and comfortable, very clean with all the amenities you have for a holiday home. The plus is the outside private varanda area where you can chill any time of the day. I must admit this is a wonderful place to stay, strongly recommend other travellers who are looking for a similar style place. For me it is a 7/7 star accommodation.

Absolutely loved staying here and an absolute gem of a place to stay, so pleased i stayed at Chris House as a base and conveniently located in the old town of Nicosia, easily walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars, tourist attractions and tavernas, as well as for business amenities. If you like old authentic homes and buildings converted as a home , yet still retaining their authentic architecture, then please stay here, it really makes a huge difference when you stay in a local Cypriot house. You will not regret it, on the contrary , holiday or for business I was highly impressed by the place and its charm, both location and its size. I will certainly come back and will book very soon. I give it 10/10 for the stay, and Lefteris is a superb host, very kind, considerate , welcoming, and always there if you need support, guidance, advice and help. I highly recommend for visitors to stay here. Just one tip, look after it while your staying here , just as you would look after your own home. It is a very clean house and has all the amenities and facilities for use. The internet was superb, it has air-conditioning , fan , tv and I was able to work effectively and the cleanliness and comfort was excellent. Thank you very much, was a wonderful stay. I loved sitting in the back patio at night drinking a glass of wine and in the early morning having my coffee. Excellent place and excellent stay.
