Overview
The Central Square Apartment is a private studio apartment located in the heart of Nicosia, right next to Eleftheria Square which connects the old city with the modern city. The apartment is just a few metres from the Central Nicosia Bus Station and Lidras Street where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The air-conditioned apartment of 55 square metres has been fully renovated and refurbished and includes a kitchenette, tiled floors, and a private bathroom fitted with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. A flat screen TV with satellite channels is also provided. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Guests benefit from several cafes, restaurants and traditional taverns in the neighborhood. The apartment is located in the ground floor of a traditional Cypriot house with a private entrance, therefore the internal height at some points is lower than the average. This property is perfect if you want to discover Nicosia by foot and feel the spirit of the Cypriot traditional Architecture.

“Perfect stay”
We had a wonderful stay at the Central Square Apartment. The location is perfect—right next to the main square that connects the old and new parts of the city, and just a few minutes’ walk from the main bus stop. From a location perspective, it couldn’t be more convenient. The apartment itself is cozy, tastefully furnished, and part of a charming traditional Cypriot house. It’s well-equipped with all the amenities one might need. Communication with the owner was smooth, and check-in and check-out were hassle-free. Highly recommended!

The location was amazing. Right beside the main bus station and close to all the main attractions of the Old city. The host was great at communicating with us and very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean with everything we needed for our stay.

The apartment has a great and very central location, it is located right next to the Eleftheria square and close to the bus station and Lidras street is 2 minutes walk. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The whole old city can be explored by foot. The apartment itself is part of an old historic house. The owner of the apartment was very nice and friendly and he provided us with a lot of helpful info and suggestions to spend well our stay.

Great apartment! Great location! Great host! I arrived much later than expected and Renos was incredibly flexible and made sure I was able to get into the apartment without any trouble. The central location made exploring the city very easy and Renos recommended all the best spots for food, drinks, or sightseeing. Looking forward to a return visit!
