Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything you need and even more to make it cosy as home. Sparkling clean. If you want to cook and need spiced or want to grab a tea or coffee, everything is there. Very good location and great recommendations for dining around from the owner. She was extremely friendly, welcomed and rushed preparing the apartment, so we could check in a bit earlier after arriving in Nicosia with all our luggage.

The location of the apartment for the centre of Nicosia was perfect for us, being about a 15 minute stroll (and on the way there's a lovely bakery/cafe/takeaway called LouKou - a definite must). The apartment was spacious and our host was exceedingly helpful and on hand at all times to assist with any issues. Parking was available at the apartment block.

Fantastic location with great parking, the apartment is excellent with plenty of space and a homely feel. The beds are very comfortable and everything is perfectly clean and well maintained. I will definitely book this again if I'm ever back in Nicosia.

Very clean apartment. Cozy bedrooms. Big TV in living room. Fully functional kitchen. And nice location - few cafes with delicious coffee around. 10 minutes buy feet and you are in center. It's good for short and long stay.

This place is outstanding, extraordinary. We can only talk about it in superlatives! The flat is super trendy, super comfortable, sparkling clean & extraordinarily well equipped. Everything inside serves the comfort of the exhausted traveler. As you discover the flat, the tiny details of care & thoughtfulness will make you smile continuously. Don’t let the exteriors disappoint you-once you enter the apartment, you’ll feel like you are in a 5+ Star Hotel. The owner is very-very nice, he/she treats you as if you were family. We spent 4 nights here & had a very good time. The location is also very good, the central bus station & the city center are 15 minutes on foot.I highly recommend this apartment! Once again, thank you very much for everything.

Everything was amazing. Larg, clean and well equiped apartment. Chech in was very easy with the help of our host. Parking place was just ours, in front of the house. Beds were big and very comfortable. Coffee machine was excellent. Air conditioning was working very well. We also had electricity adapters in the apartment. We will definitly come again to this apartment

“Beautiful apartment good location”

The location is very central, with shops and attractions 10-20 minutes walk away. The apartment was clean, modern and spacious. Everything we needed was there and it was nicely decorated with comfy beds. Our host Elena was helpful and quick to reply and she had left thoughtful information on closest supermarket etc. She also sent photos of the street and parking to help us when we arrived.

Everything we could possibly need was foreseen. There were brochures for the city and tips for restaurants in the neighbourhood. Very nicely designed.
