Very nice and communicative host. The apartment has everything you need for a few days in Nicosia. Private parking space available in the building. 20 mins walking distance to the center. Bakeries and supermarkets nearby. There is also a gym in the adjacent building.

a very nice modern apartment located in a quiet area, short walking distance from Solomon Square , clean, well maintained, equipped with everything you need to feel at home, shops are a 5-minute walk away . Host was very nice and friendly and more than happy to help ( though we didn’t have any issues)

The apartment is certainly big enough for two people; bed & sofa were comfortable. Washing machine a bonus if you stay longer. Didn't use the TV so can't comment. Location close (easy walking distance) to inner city. Two good coffee-shops/bakeries near by. Individual parking space for the apartment. Very friendly host who came by to deliver the keys and show me the apartment.
