Located in the heart of Nice, in the Musicians district, Villa Otero is a hotel set in a 1920s building, just a 12-minute walk from the beach. Vieux Nice and Cours Saleya are a 20-minute walk away. Free WiFi access is provided. Villa Otero features air-conditioned rooms decorated in a Tuscan-style. Rooms have a private bathroom with a bath or shower, a flat-screen TV, and a personal safe. Restaurants and bars can be found within walking distance of the hotel. An ideal starting point to go in search of the French Riviera and all the activities the region has to offer, the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Nice Train Station and is located 8 km from Nice Airport.

The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from the main train station, and 15 minutes from the Red Line metro and main shopping strip. There are some eateries nearby, but the immediate area is fairly quiet with not much to do at night. The room itself is a decent size, comfortable for 2-3 people, though the soundproofing is quite poor. The biggest drawback was the climate control. The hotel controls the air conditioning and only turns it on when they deem it hot enough. If you want any air circulation in the room, you are forced to open the window or balcony door, which unfortunately lets in a lot of street noise. On the plus side, they offer complimentary snacks and drinks for guests in the afternoon, which was a lovely touch! Just a quick heads-up for when you arrive - there is only one lift and it is tiny and only comfortably fits about 2-3 people.

The location was very good, 10 mins walk from the seaside. And the train station (Nice Ville) 5 mins. The saff were very kind and welcoming. The bed was so comfortable

A beautiful hotel located in a great neighborhood, just a short walk from the train station. The rooms are spotless and fully equipped with everything you might need. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was satisfying and a great start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
