The location was great and easy to walk to restaurants and the beach. Matteo was a wonderful, attentive host and made sure everything went smoothly. The apartment was spacious and stunning. It had everything we needed - we only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

This property is absolutely gorgeous, every detail in each room was beautiful. Lovely view of Nice and of a beautiful garden, and in a great location with a 5-10 minute walk to the port, and some great food spots. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to the old town. Check-in was easy, with a garage for parking and self check-in. Note that there is no elevator, so it's a good workout getting luggage up the stairs (as expected with many places in Europe). Well equipped kitchen, extremely comfortable beds, and apartment had everything we needed.

“Enjoyable, adventurous, fulfilling yet peaceful.”
The accommodation was beautiful, peaceful and very well equipped apart from the use of an oven. The views of parts of the city and sea are stunning. Short walk down to the local shops and port. The beach is around 10-15 mins.

Valentina from the property management company was extremely responsive and detailed. She provided precise instructions that made it easy to get into the unit and sought to quickly resolve any concerns. The unit itself was gorgeous in every way, with a classic French elegance and more spacious than most European standards. Superb location between downtown Nice and Cap Ferrat.

Large and convinient apartment in very good location at the center of nice. Its decorated in art novo style and was very clean . The terrace with a view to the sea is very enjoyable.

“An excellent stay, although a bit of a walk into the centre”
We stayed in Nice during the heatwave, so the absence of AC was noticeable, although using the shutters during the day and the many supplied fans did help. The apartment is beautiful - high ceilings, lovely parquet floors, period details - very belle epoque! The house is around a 10 minute walk into the port - downhill on the way, but uphill when travelling back with supplies, so it feels a bit further. Uber costs under 10 euro, so probably a good shout if you are shopping and are not driving. The hosts are excellent and the comms via WhatsApp worked really well.

“Amazing apartment, very large, beautifully appointed”
The apartment is really beautifully appointed and very large, the kitchen is very well equipped and the bathrooms fantastic. The view is wonderful, although there are some building in front of the sea. Tiago was very kind, quick, and provided excellent and outstanding advice and support, overall a very good experience.
