“Perfect”
The property was outstanding, even better than the photos and it was very well equipped for the 6 of us. We have been coming to the South of France for over 20 years and we would totally recommend the location, its a perfect base to explore from.

The villa is located on the side of a hill, with views overlooking Villefranche Sur mer and Cap Ferrat. Absolutely stunning location. The villa has 4 huge double rooms with ensuites, a huge sitting room kitchen. Every single room in the house points out to the amazing bay view. Beautiful garden with pool and hot tub again pointing over the bay views. The pool area had a kitchen area with fridge and table chairs and seats, as well as sunbeds. That's where we spent most of the day. Roughly about €10 and 6 minutes into Villefranche Sur mer town which has some beautiful bars and restaurants and a lovely beach. About 25 mins and €20-30 to Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. About 30 mins and €30-40 to/from airport. About 20 mins and €20-30 to Nice city centre. About 8 mins and €10 to a big Carrefour supermarket. Super location. Fantastic views. One of the best weekends we've in years.
