Perfect apartment for two in quiet location just a short tram ride from both the airport and central Nice. Great indoor and outdoor space. Very well maintained garden and secure parking. Friendly and helpful owners.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa du Château in Nice and would highly recommend it. The communication was excellent from the very beginning. Every question was answered promptly, and they were always willing to help. A very special thank you goes to Jean-François! Our flight was heavily delayed, yet he patiently waited for us late into the night to ensure a smooth check-in. We truly appreciated his kindness and dedication. Everything about our stay was easy and comfortable. The apartment is located in a beautiful historic area, which was exactly what we were looking for. It was such a relief to stay somewhere peaceful and authentic rather than paying a premium for an overcrowded hotel. This type of accommodation suited our family perfectly. We enjoyed being surrounded by nature while still having everything we needed close by. Everyone has different preferences when traveling, but for us, this was an ideal choice. Shops, restaurants, and local attractions were all within walking distance. Thank you for making our stay in Nice so enjoyable. We would be happy to return in the future!

Not at all suitable for people with mobility issues or for children Poor roads down hill to get to main area to get trams etc. Apartment dark and gloomy... Not clean

“Cozy apartment with a terrace in an amazing and very quiet castle garden.”

Very friendly host. We arrived early in the morning and were able to check in already at 9.00. The owner lives on the second floor of the same house and was waiting for us at the gate at exactly 9:00 a.m. We received thorough information about the location of the nearest grocery stores and information on how to take a direct route through the museum garden to the beach. A cozy terrace and there was enough space for three people inside the apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, plus a capsule coffee maker and a microwave oven. There was a wide and comfortable bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room that could have accommodated 2 people. On the terrace lived two small turtles :). The apartment is located in a very quiet area, the old town of Nice is about 2 km walking distance. 700m to the sea. We were very satisfied with our accommodation.

A spacious place that’s very comfortable to stay in. ps. On Google Maps, it isn’t marked, but there’s actually a path that goes through the art museum, allowing you to get from the seaside to your accommodation quickly.

It is a fantastic location, right at the foot of a beautiful castle. A large terrace, peaceful surroundings, and the apartment has everything you need. We liked everything.

Lovely little apartment, high quality furnishings and fittings and in a very nice and quiet area. Private parking in a secure gated community is an absolute gem and the hosts are very helpful. Look out for the mascot of the property, the hen (poule) that regularly wanders around the community 😀.

Loved the apartment.. It's located in a villa next to a beautiful Chateau. Convenient location - 5/10 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the tram (go through the nearby museum's garden) that goes to the airport and Nice Saint-Augustin station (trains to Monaco/Cannes/Menton etc). Beautiful private garden and modern facilities. The owners were lovely and agreed to keep our luggage the last day while we were exploring the city. Will come back again!

“Very pleasant end to our trip”

High spec, roomy apartment with aircon, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet and lounge. Two small terraces too. Twin aircon. The hosts were very helpful and accomodating and made every effort to make our stay comfortable.

“Wonderfull flat to spend holidays in Nice with your family.”

Very-very well equipped apartment placed at ground floor. The rooms are quite large and the furniture modern and functional too (microwave, dish and washing machines present with sops!). We appreciated the presence of a complely private internal small garden to enjoy breakfast in the mornings. The aprtment is locaed just 10 minutes walking from the see and from Rue de France, parallel to famous Promenade des Anglais, that can bring you to Massena square where you can find many shops, restaurants and minimarkets. Very good the presence of a privat parking place, directly aside from the flat, since in Nice is very complicated to find a good parking. Finally, both Mr. and Mrs Charbonnier are very kind people and available in case of any needs you might have during the stay.

Host were very kind- helpful but without being intrusive. Terrace is very nice, kitchen and living room as well. Car parking slot is just in front of our door which is very convenient. Children were glad there were chickens next to apartment. Close to Promenade (less than 10 min walking).

This place exceeded our expectations. Super cosy and clean apartment with all the utilities one could need. Suitable for families travelling with a small child. Owners were friendly.
