“Comfortable villa in an incredible location with stunning views”
The location is incredible with absolutely stunning views over the Bay of Villefranche-Sur-Mer, St Jean Cap Ferrat and the Med beyond. The immediate area is occupied by luxury villas and is a designated quiet zone. There was everything we needed from the beautiful pool, hot tub, sauna, table football, table tennis and most importantly (for our son anyway!) a half basketball court. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of room for us all. We had towels and cleaning equipment provided which was really useful. It was lovely to be just tucked around the corner from busy Nice but still have that and other places (Antibes, Monaco, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Eze etc) within an hours drive.

Absolutely stunning, the photos don’t do it justice. Loads of space, nice and open plan. Five bedrooms which fitted our group perfectly.

“Perfect house for a big group”
The house is really beautiful and cozy. Perfect for our group of 10. 5 bedrooms are spacious. Enough bathrooms. Large common spaces. The location was perfect.

“Spacious house and very clean”
As all hotels have very small rooms, we decided 4 family members to book this house, it was a very good idea, the house is spacious, with a lot of possibilities, in a quiet zone close to Nice, is very clean, the cleaning lady makes a good job. For sure will come again.
