“Ideal location for a Nice ;) getaway”
Fantastic location, considering you can get to Nice city centre in 4 minutes by train, with many other lovely places to visit if it takes your fancy. Comfy studio flat with your basic amenities. The hosts are very informative and helpful, with a little handbook in English to help guide you and even gives you recommendations on restaurants to eat or places to go. No doubt it's good value for money and would definitely love to stay here again if I visit Nice.

“Nice place in Nice”
The studio looks exactly the same as in the pictures! Clean, with all tableware and cutlery needed for a comfortable stay. We did not use the AC because the weather was mild. The train station Riquer is just 3 minutes walk - convenient for Cannes, Monaco and whenever else you want to go! Carrefour is 5 minutes walk. Many restaurants and really good value for the money. Just to mention the vynils and the gramophone. My hubby was excited!

“Studio in Nizza”
Good Location, all areas of Nizza been reachable in walking distance. You can only hear vibration of the train occasionally, otherwise as no windows to the back of the house no further train noises. Host has been quickly in response and seems minimal language barrier as I used Google Translate (Booking.com should offer translation directly;) ) Provided an additional blanket for us.

“Nice small room for a comfortble stay”
The property is smaller than it looks in the pictures but has all the amenities required for a stay. It opens directly onto the street. The hosts are also open to receive our feedback and improve on it. The location is right behind the railway station, so easy to catch the RER trains. Worth the money and

“Good location; modern apartment; can improve the bed”
The location was quite good, close to the bus and tram lines and also has a big Carrefour really close. The apartment is very nicely done up; it is a very compact space but everything is planned perfectly so you have everything one can need.

The flat was very nicely furnished, had everything you needed and was clean. The centre of Nice was also easily accessible by foot and public transport.

“Amazing location. Cosy modern apartment.”
Fantastic location near the old town with excellent transportation options. This ment that we could go back and forth from the flat with ease. Clean, with lots of modern amenities. Everything you would want from a self catering stay. We love the fact it was very close to a massive supermarket, so we could eat lots of Nice French food. The bed is a sofa bed, but is high quality and comfortable

Great location, clean, comfy and really nice little apartment. Really close by to bus stops, train, and walking distance to shops and tram stations. It was great to have aircon, and when we needed the washing machine our host kindly dropped off some washing tablets which was great. The place has everything you need and we loved our stay here!

It’s really helpful Who wants to go to the beaches is perfect location The train station is 3 min walk wasn’t any noise from the trains, a little bit noise from the street The main door is very secure I would stay again I definitely recommend

the flat is really close to the centre of the city (15 minuts on foot) and it is very confortable, clean and very nice. the owner Was available and precise. I recommend it for a short stay in Nice
