Clean, and perfectly nestled amongst the lively streets of the French Riviera, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. On top of all that, our hosts were extremely helpful, meeting us at 9pm to take our bags upstairs and show us how to use the relevant locks, appliances, and electronics.

Great location close to the sea and metro. Air-con works perfectly, the beds comfy. Located on a street with lots of restaurants, supermarkets near by. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they let us check in earlier as we arrived in the morning. Roger was really helpful and kind. Thank you.

Excellent location, right in the middle of old city. Spacious, clean and quite apartement as depicted in the picture with all the facilities and comfortable beds. Many resturants, cafes, mini supermarkets are nearby and beach is within 5-6 mins of walking distance. Apartment is reachable through elevator and Many thanks to Roger, who delivered the key, was very kind to answer all questions. The apartment also has enough stock of cooking utenciles along with required tea, coffee, oils etc. It also has a Gusto coffe machine. Highly recomended

Amazing location in the centre of the old city, really close to both public and private beaches. Huge choice of restaurants and cafes, all suitable for families. Public transport links and mini supermarkets all within 5-10 minutes walk. The property itself was very clean and well equipped. Beds very comfy 😊 and many thanks for the futon which meant we could use the sofa as a sofa rather than a sofa bed. Shower was warm and powerful (useful after a day in the sea!)

“A great apartment and location for Nice”

A beautiful, stylish, quiet apartment situated in a great building & hub of cafes, shops and restaurants, close to the vibrant main square, the old town, the beach and transport links to visit other places along the coast (all within 5-15 mins walking distance). We also walked along the coast to Villefranche from here, via the port, which was a great day out. Stephane was really kind, helpful and generous as a host. His apartment was a fantastic base and home for us, for our 7 days in beautiful Nice and beyond..

“The apartament is perfect! Great location!”

The apartament is really amazing -very comfortable (we are 5 person family), clean, and quiet. It is located in the city center (3 minutes to Massena Square, 5-7 minutes to the beach, surrounded by restaurants and bars) but is really quiet! The beds are very comfortable and we all slept very good! There is a small lift in the building (for max 3 persons). All bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom are equipped very comfortable with everything you need (towels, hair dryer, toilet paper, small coffee maker, microwave, a few wardrobes, additional pillows and covers). The owner is extremely helpful (if we have any question he messages in a few minutes!). Nice is really nice city especially in spring. The beach is always sunny! The city is really nice and clean. Everything was perfect!

Nice apartment in the center, just 5 minutes walking from the beach. It was big enough fog six persons. The owner Stephane was kind, solved everything we need. There are several good restaurants nearby.
