This is a lovely hotel, where you feel welcomed and cared for as soon as you walk in the door. The rooms are lovely, the team are very friendly and informative and the location is perfect for exploring the city and the surrounding area.

The location of the hotel was just perfect. I could reach the train station and the seaside within a short walk. I loved the view of the room a lot. The breakfast was very good, and the personnel was very polite with great hospitality. I also liked the free water facility.

“Good hotel for a family holiday”

We are a family of four with 2 teenagers and stayed in a room with a sofa bed and a doubled that worked good for us. The room had a small kitchen that was good since we opted to get/make our own breakfast and also the fridge allowed for snacks and foods to be bought/kept. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed ok. Bathroom clean although a bit outdated perhaps. The room was not very soundproof so there was quite a lot of noice from the corridor/other rooms. In general, the room was very nice but the hotel lobby and stairs/elevator a bit outdated. There was free coffee and filtered water all day which was nice. The personnel were very nice. The hotel is located perfectly just a few blocks from the beach and meny nice boulangeries and restaurants just around the corner. Also a small grocery store on the next block.

Bed and pillows comfortable. Location great, i prefer being on the edge of the main town but its close enough to walk. I always stay here, great restaurants and cafes near by

Perfectly positioned within 10 minutes of the tram and train station, and 5 minutes from the beach. Staff were polite and helpful, the room itself was spacious and comfortable!

Beautifully decorated with a real individual feel. Great room sizes and nice common areas. Staff are exceptionally helpful. A truly relaxing place to unwind.

The location was great, and there was always complimentary tea and coffee at the reception. However, the rooms were extremely dusty, almost as if they hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed for years. As we moved around the room, dust was visibly floating in the air. The level of cleanliness was very poor.
