“Central location”
The location was very good, right beside the main train station, close to the centre. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice to stay in a building that was old, but had all mod cons

“We were starting to feel at home.”
The host was very polite and welcoming. The apartment is clean and beautiful, very spacious and perfectly located in old city, near the train station, only 5 minutes walking from the Jean Médecin tram station and about 10 minutes from the sea. The beds were large and very comfortable. The apartment has two big bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom and a hall. It is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is one big double bed, two single beds, one generous sofa in the rooms and two nice sofas in the hallway. It is perfect for families or groups. We highly recommend this place.

a nice flat for 2 couples or 3-4 friends. they've 2 nice bedrooms with balcony. and close to nice ville train gar. its about 15-20 min. to beach by walking. very centric location.

“very nice location but communication with owner is almost non-existent...”
the location couldn't have been more perfect, it was literally across the road from the train station and around 5-10 minutes walk to get to the high street, and if you keep walking straight you get to old nice and the beach as well. the room's were really spacious and they had most things you'd want in an apartment like cutlery, pots/pans, an iron, towels, etc. some people commented on only having 3 chairs but I didn't think this was a big deal as we usually sat on the couch to eat or went out for dinner anyway. there's loads of grocery stores around and all in all I loved the apartment a lot, the AC's also worked great (for a while...)

The location of this very spacious apartment is excellent, beside the train station and Jean Medicin tram. A fab Passittiere 2 mins walk. There is a lift in the building and a small balcony. We were very happy overall. 😊
