This was a comfortable apartment to live in. It was really sunny, dry, and clean. We found everything we needed there: very comfortable beds, nice bed linen, plenty of towels, a variety of dishes and utensils for cooking, umbrellas, beach accessories, and even a high chair, a potty, and some toys. Although our children have long outgrown that age and no longer needed them, the impression remained pleasant))). Everything was as stated, only even better. Thank you very much for the comfortable conditions provided. I recommend this accommodation to everyone, and if we have the opportunity to return, we will choose it again. I also forgot to mention that the windows overlook the courtyard, so there was no street noise, but there are many restaurants nearby, and around the corner there is a pastry shop with delicious chocolate and desserts.

Perfect location, close to everything and yet calm and quiet. The apartment is well furnished and equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the sunny balcony is a huge plus.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful; thoughtfully styled and supplied with everything you could need for your stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The balcony is a total suntrap and a great place to enjoy a glass of wine or two! I would highly recommend this place if you are planning on travelling to Nice. “Great location and great host”

The location was very convenient and close to everything we needed. The only minor difficulty was finding a parking spot on the street, so an underground parking option is the safest and most convenient choice. Nicolas, the host, was extremely helpful and responded to our messages quickly, which made our stay much smoother. The apartment itself is spacious, and the dining table was a real highlight: perfect for gathering and relaxing together after a long day.

There was a lot of extra baby stuff available, which was handy: a footmuff, towels, toilet training, etc. It was very helpful that the cot and chair were provided upon request. The property was very clean, sunny, and spacious. There was a lift available as well. Generally, a very quiet place.

Spot on location and surprisingly very quiet. Our host Nico was very flexible with check in and out timings which is rare to find in Nice.

Modern sunny apartment, very clean and comfortable! Good location, just few minutes from the city center, sea port and embankment. There are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bakeries nearby. The tram stop to get to the airport is within walking distance. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. Good wi-fi. Nico was very helpful and friendly, his check-in instructions were very detailed and clear for us. He was always available on WhatsApp and helped with our issues. I highly recommended this apartment!
