Small but very functional apartment for a couple. Clean, bright, has a nice balcony from which you can partially see sea. The host is friendly and helpful. You have everything you need in the apartment and in the kitchen. Perfect location.

Steps to the promenade, nice quiet street with coffee shops and grocery right outside the door. The room was very clean and comfortable with pulldown bed and full kitchen. I cooked several meals there. Balcony was superb. Ana was a wonderful host meeting me when I arrived and departed.

Very good location, good connections by tram and buses with airport and other parts of cities. Ana is super friendly and gave us great tips for what to see around Nice. Apartment is a small, but have everything you need and terrace also.

I loved the location and simplicity of the property. Easy access to everything. The studio has everything you needed for a short stay. Very efficient with the available space. Beautiful view of the ocean and relaxing balcony. Small kitchen for simple meals, pull-out bed for space which was very comfortable. Lovely place, thank you!

Well equipped and designed. Perfect location near the promenade, the old town and lots of nice restaurants. There was also a supermarket selling absolutely everything just beside the studio. The host Anna was lovely and helpful.

In spite of the fact that the apartment is very small it was one of the most convenient accommodations I've ever had. Perfect location, just next door to the sea and Negresco hotel. It has all necessary equipment you need for a comfort living. The balcony overlooking the sea! And finally a fantastic host Anna! 10 out of 10 definitely

It is interesting to live in a smart apartment. It's convenient and quick to get anywhere. Warm and cozy, because the sea and a hospitable hostess are nearby It's wonderful to have breakfast on the balcony, looking at the sea.

We love this studio, and have stayed here often. The location is perfect and very easy to reach by tram from the airport. Everything is within walking distance - supermarkets and restaurants, the Old Town and city centre. The Promenade des Anglais is just steps away. Anna is an exceptional hostess. She is extremely welcoming and helpful and is an absolutely lovely person. We will definitely return again to her Studio, but hopefully earlier in the year next time. Mid-november meant that some restaurants had closed for refurbishment before the Christmas season and early darkness limited our walks. In spite of that we had a wonderful week.

The studio is situated at the best location in Nice! Just 2 min from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. They are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. There is also a supermarket in the same building. The studio is small but very comfortable. There is a small kitchen area with a coffee machine ,teepod, iron, refrigerator, dishes and the possibilities to cook inside and to prepare a meal. The bed was very comfortable whith a variety of pillows. Also there are beach towels available. The wardrobe is big enough for all clothes and personal stuff. The best thing is the balcony! You can sit there and enjoy your first coffee with a side view at the beach. Everything was very clean. Anna, the host was amasing! She gave me many tips, was very helpful and so nice. I arrived earlier than expected and she just organised my check-in very fast and was very flexible. On the day of the departure my flight was very late in the evening. Because of that she let me stay till afternoon which was very very suitable for me. My whole stay was very pleasant and worth the value. I highly recommend the studio gambetta !
