The location is good, appartment was clean and all needed there. Rachel was very helpful and responding fast.

Very comfortable apartment, close to the train station, beach, and tourist area. The manager allowed early check in and took care of our luggage after check out until the flight without any fee. Sincere recommendation.

• Excellent location — Right on Avenue Jean Médecin, with Gare Thiers tram stop (L1) just a 1‑minute walk away and Nice‑Ville train station around 5 minutes on foot. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. • Great communication — Rachel was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. • Clean, comfortable room — The studio was spotless, well‑equipped, and made great use of the compact space. Towels were refreshed during the stay, the bed was very comfortable, and the air‑conditioning worked perfectly. • Quiet once inside — No street noise at all once the balcony doors were closed. • Helpful after checkout — Rachel kindly allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checking out.

I stayed in studio 40 for 2 nights. It is very convenient to SNCF and Tram T1. The studio is very comfortable an clean.

The apartment was clean and spacious with all amenities needed. The staff were excellent and welcoming and for us the location was great with only a few minutes walk to the train station for our travel to Cannes and Monaco. Our first choice to stay in Nice for my next visit

The location was really great, very close to the city centre and the train station. The studio was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The host was lovely as well. It was a great value for money and truly recommended.

Studios Floreal seems to be a practical accommodation for a short rental. It is on Street Jean Medicin with a direct tram from the airport to the Studios. Additionally, it is worth noticing its cleanliness and comfortable bed with quality bed linen. On top of that, the kitchenette was perfect to cook my meals.

Best place to stay , have everything what you want there shops , fast foods , tram , buses . Studio is clean and really nice .
