“Perfect as base to rest between exploring Nice during daytime and drinks/dinner at night.”

Fantastic location for bars, restaurants, promenade and transport links for sightseeing and visiting other towns. Communication was very good and the host was very accommodating for entry and leaving arrangements.

Location, clean, comfortable, had all that was required for a 4 night city break. Host Priscilla was very friendly and welcoming.

The apartment is located in the most ideal area of Nice. Less than a minute walk to the beach, and in the centre of all bars and restaurants. Apartment was clean with perfect facilities for a couple of nights stay in the city. A/C was amazing and so needed.

The location is very central, perfectly close to the beach and the old city center. From the windows, you can see the artist entrance to the opera, which was fun (but loud). Otherwise a quiet side street to the promenade anglais and cr saleya.

Nice location

Great location, next to the finish of the Cote d'Azur UTMB race. Also, just across the street from the beach. Surrounded by good restaurants. Perfect for a weekend break.

The location is superb, within a few feet of the Promenade des Anglais, across from the Opera, right next to the old section with loads of choices on places to eat.
