Hosts were super lovely - i couldnt recommend them enough - they were great, the apartment was clean and modern and offered what we were looking for on our stay. I'd highly recommend it and will happily book this again.

This place was ideal for me as a solo traveller interesting in cycling, The best bit for me was relaxing in the pool after a hard day's riding. I wasnt interested in the lively night culture of Nice however i did venture into the old town on a various occasions and the property is located on the green 51 bus route which takes you directly to promenade then if you catch no12 bus it takes you direct into old Nice town for a total of 3.5 euro.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything anyone can wish for a comfortable and feels-like-home stay. Kitchen utensils kit included scissors, for instance, which is rare. The owner Qualid went out of his way to help us with everything we might need although we checked in on Christmas eve. The wifi was exceptionally good, the view from the balcony - breathtaking, the sofa was comfy to sleep on, the heating was in tact. The apartment is very small but for a us, two adults it wasn’t a problem. The cleanliness, attention to detail and awsome view made up for the size. And VERY quiet — a gem for sensitive sleepers.

Beautiful studio apartment in the foothills of Nice. Scenery was stunning from balcony with a breathtaking sunrise. Oualid was a great host and super accommodating.

C'était parfait ! The studio is small, but well designed and we had a wonderful month long stay. The pool was refreshing and easy to access. The buses run regularly, and if you have more time and wish for a scenery route, I recommend ligne 60/61 (running also later at night). The supermarket, boulangerie, restaurant nearby are very nice. Moreover, the host Oualid is the most kind, taking care of everything in a tiptop manner. Un grand merci ! Wish to be back soon 😊

The hosts were so nice and polite and cool! Our flight was a bit late but they still waited on us and welcomed us with a big smile!
