“Quiet comfortable studio quite well situated, with almost everything you need.”
The location is very quiet, the studio facing over a quiet car park and the Russian Cathedral gardens. The bed was extremely comfortable, and didn't make a noise with only me in it. (Other reviews complained of the squeaky bed.) The wifi was constantly reliable and rapid. The response to my complaints was swift, though not all the problems were solved. The balcony with view of the Russian Cathedral onion domes and gardens is beautiful. To the right only layers of apartment blocks are visible. do not be misled by an image on the booking.com site showing a boardwalk leading to the sea, as I was. There is no such place at or near the flat.

Super easy to get the keys, the host was very flexible in our arrival time as our flight was delayed and super friendly. They had already prepared a whole document to support our stay in Nice which very welcoming. Apartment was in a great location and a lovely view of the Russian church from the balcony.

I stayed 3 nights there. The studio is not too big amd not too small, just perfect for staying. The view from the balcony ia like it shows on the picture with a Cathedrale Russe view. The kitchen was clean and had all the facilities. So did the bathrooms. The host was nice. Gave us some tips on places to visit too. Overall, a Nice place (pun intended)
