Convenient location, 15 minutes on foot to the promenade, 10 minutes to the train station, and 3 minutes to the bus stop. The hostess was very nice and caring, responding quickly and resolving all issues. The apartment had everything necessary for living, including a coffee machine, kitchen, bed, table, and a spacious bathroom. The apartment was very spacious, and I especially liked the balcony.

Arrival was easy, with keys close to the apartment. The location was convenient near the train station, not especially close to the sea. The apartment was clean, and everything necessary was available.

We loved location of the apartment and that we had everything that we could need in apartment. Be only aware if you are coming by a car like we did the apartment doesn’t have a parking spot. There is a in neighborhood a Parking place and it’s costing 24e per day.

Everything was good, the instructions from host, to get to the apartment, the place and everything in it. Was really happy about the bathtub, good water pressure and all the facilities at the kitchen. Really worth the money!

It was a very nice flat for a family of three. I really enjoyed, having my breakfast and dinner on the terrace . Overall , the flat was clean and the kitchen fully equipped .

“Close to airport, but in the city”
The apt is only 20 minutes from Nice Airport. The apt is small but clean and the balcony is a good size. Elizabeth (hostess) was friendly and easy to communicate with.
