The booking is equipped with everything you need. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures, the bed is comfy and movable (you can lift it to the ceiling thus winning more space). The location it's amazing! We were close to bus, tram and train stations, VERY close to the port and walking distance to main attractions.

“Clean, functional, comfortable and convenient”

Compact but super functional. Perfect stay to hop around to the many sites of Nice especially the beaches. Location by the Port is superb you get a more local feel to the stay but super convenient to hop into the old town via tram/walk/line bike.

“Fantastic time in Nice!”

The location of property was excellent for getting around Nice. We liked that it was safe and on the ground floor. Property although small had everything you need for a short stay. The hosts were lovely and even helped us with printing out some tickets for us. It was well priced.

Everything :-). The apartment was comfortable and the air conditioning gave some much needed respite from the heat. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the port area yet tucked away in a quiet complex. There were also some nearby swimming spots. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The host was really friendly and provided food and activity recommendations.

The place is very compact but with all necesarry things. The weather in Nice was really unpredictable, hot one day and cold the other, so we're happy that we could regulate the temperature in the room with the air conditioner. The bed was extremely comfy, but we may have preferred to have two different duvets. The owners were super nice, friendly and helpful.

Small, yet charming apartment equipped with everything you require. Great location. The host was friendly and accommodating; our late arrival (after 11 pm) posed no issue. She provided us with all necessary information, along with recommendations on what to see and where to eat.

Jean-Philippe was very friendly and responsive to questions. He met us promptly on arrival and provided plenty of information. The place was well equipped with everything we needed. It was nice and warm. tea, coffee and some kitchen essentials were provided, including beer, which was a nice touch!

Location is brilliant. Owner was very helpful. His recommendations helped me to organize my holidays. Easy access to the small clean beach and the Old city.

Excellent hospitality

This place was amazing. Jean phillip was the the nicest host ever and was waiting for us to show us to the apartment and also was available for any question that I had. He gave us great recommendations of where are the best places to go were and the best food places. The room was also very nice and clean and the shower was amazing as well. The apartment is newly built so everything is in perfect condition, with a little kitchen as well which was a bonus. The location was also perfect, as it was only 5 minute walk from the tram stop and also a nice walk along the port.

Its great location added to the overall appeal, it allows easy access to a lot of nearby attractions and amenities. The hosts, Jean Philippe and Nouné, were so welcoming, kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We genuinely enjoyed our time and would love to come back!

“Fantastic host and great location”

Jean-Philippe was an excellent host. He was so welcoming and friendly and he really made sure we knew how everything worked and where everything was. He also gave us a couple of great recommendations for things to do or places to eat at. We also loved about the place that it wasn’t in the tourist centre (which was packed when we were there in July) yet still very central so that we could do everything within Nice on foot. The fact that we had parking included with the accommodation was a big plus too.
