Beautiful clean modern studio. Everything you could possibly need. Right by tramstop into the centre. Or a easy walk along the beach. Owners were friendly and on hand if anything required.

Beautifully decorated and furnished. Well equipped. 2 minutes walk from Tram. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

“Fabulous stay in Nice”

Great apartment - really close to the central promenade. Lots to see and do and very handy for the number 2 tram from the airport to Fabron and into central Nice. We were met at the apartment, and instructions and a key were given The staff were super friendly, and their communication was excellent. They were very accommodating. The apartment itself had everything you needed. The kitchen was fully fitted out (no oven), and there were spare pillows in the cupboard above the table by the couch. We had 2 x bath towels and 2 x hand towels. There is a washer with an instruction booklet ( in the drawers in the kitchen), but you may be advised to bring a couple of washing tablets if you need to do a wash. There is a maiden on the balcony to dry things on. There are some shops and restaurants around Fabron and the Russian supermarket opposite by the petrol station is very, very reasonable. We ventured out to various places.Monaco by train , Eze by bus, and our favourite Antibes by train. We also went on a walking tour which was very handy when we arrived. We found the apartment and Nice to be lovely, safe and welcoming. We had a lovely stay.

Property is on good location, only 100 metars from tram station and at the promenade in very nice part of Nice.

Nice view and good size for a couple, you can walk across the road to the beach, you can walk to the main area of nice but it is about 2km

The apartment is very well located. In 2 minutes you are at the stand promenade and in 5 minutes at the train station/bus stop to be in the city center in 15 minutes. The hostess also gave us a very friendly welcome. If we were to go to Nice again, we would definitely take this accommodation again. Price performance ratio is right. Small addition: The apartment is located on the 7th floor. For people with fear of heights, it could be a little high when sitting on the balcony.

Lovely, cozy little appartment, perfect for a couple. Its clean, the bed was really comfortable and we loved the balcony. Really close to the coast and roughly in the middle between the airport and downtown. But both can be easily reached in cca 10-15 minutes by L2 tram which goes just in front of the appartment. Nice and helpful owner. Ideal choice if you visit Nice.

The place is exactly as in the pictures, modern, well equipped, comfortable, clean. Good location, close to Promenade des Anglais, tram stop right next to the block, supermarket, cafes. Very nice host, she helped us with everything we needed. I highly recommend this accommodation.

“Great studio in a stunning location”

We had a lovely stay at Olga's studio apartment in Fabron, Nice. The apartment was clean, with a comfortable bed, tv (netflix etc), and in a convenient location - down stairs is the stop to the Metro where you can take a ride into the main centre, old town, or to the airport. The studio is a short 3-min walk to the beach which was not very busy or populated (as most swim near the city centre) so it made for a much more relaxing time swimming.
