Excellent for a short stay in Nice. A bit further out from the old town and beaches, but easily accessible on the tram. Room was new and clean, lovely balcony with a view of the surrounding hills. Very basic accommodation, but perfect if you're only planning on sleeping there.

Very quiet, clean and very spacious, big balcony, cooling and heating systems in place, all basic needs are met. The elevator to the top is so good after a day of walking! The food store just same building is so good while traveling! We needed some bigger eating table, some more kitchen appliances are necessary for travelers. We enjoyed friendly help from lovely students around, mercy!

“It was good for what we had planned, used the cooking facilities and felt secure. Was also comfy and had a great view.”

I liked how we could walk to the train station from this location. It felt very secure as you can only get in if you know the passcode or have a key card. There is a supermarket next door which is great if you are planning on cooking inside (the room includes kitchen utensils).

Liberation is a lovely part of Nice, 1 tram stop to the train station. Nice bars and restaurants in the area.

The location is excellent close to shops, restaurants, marketplace, Trambahn, buses and close to the famous Jean Médecin road

I love the place since it is safe, cozy with nice view and very clean. The room has a kitchen especially there is supermarket downstairs which I could buy food and cook. This is very convenient.

The beds were comfy and the window shutter helped my sleep massively! Kept the noise and light out. Room was cosy but enough space for 2 with luggage. Once we had door keys it was easy to get in and out and we felt very safe there. Supermarket underneath was good. We walked everywhere, it was only a 20 minute walk to the seafront.
