Excellent Location. The apartment was well furnished and the garden view terrace was fabulous. Lovely rooftop solarium too. I will be booking in there again on my next trip to Nice.

We like the fact that they accommodated our request for a higher floor room which would be quiet. The room was quiet and we thank them for that. The staff , specially two of them (Sylvia and IRA) were very nice and helpful to us.

“It is budget friendly accomodation and if you bear that in mind, you will not be disappointed.”
The location is excellent and our balcony even had a sea view. The breakfast was great and had a broad range of options. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

“Ok”
The hotel is located in an extremely good area, 5-6 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais/ beach. Considering that there is a well-equipped kitchenette in the room, it would be useful to say that there is a Lidl store 150 m away. The reception staff is super friendly, I received useful directions every time I asked for them. BUT

“perfect location and comfortable room”
The room wasn't ready for our arrival checkin time of 3pm. Even through this is the official check in time. The receptionist was a bit rude in her manor.

“Definitely recommend”
I'm already second time staying in this hotel, and again it was very good experience. Location is very good, top roof terrace is super. Room is good, nice kitchen. Toilet is separate from bathroom.

“Fun bright studio flat, good access to beach, shops, and local transport.”
Good style, room recently renovated. Well equipped basic kitchenette. Didn't hear neighbours. Communal sun terrace on top floor was very nice. Beach and Lidl and other shops within 10 minute walk.
