“Excellent”
The hotel is in a brilliant location; on the way there, you can see the sea and towering trees – it’s absolutely lovely. It’s just a five-minute walk to a view of the whole sea – brilliant! The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the rooms are quite spacious and the beds are comfortable. To get a room like this at this price is truly excellent value for money.

“A great place to explore Nice and have a comfortable stay”
This place is exceptional: the instructions for check-in and the stay on the whole are straightforward, the staff are helpful, and the location is PERFECT. We had a very cool room with everything necessary, and the shared kitchen is a nice plus. The beds were very comfy, and it's very quiet at night, which was a surprise considering how lively the area around the hotel is. We would love to stay there again!

The hotel's location is great! It is in a nice area, close to the beach and the Promenade, as well as many restaurants, cafes, and shops, central attractions, and public transportation. The man on the day shift at the reception desk was very polite and responsive to our questions. The hotel is really clean, although it is old and has not been renovated recently. The room was large enough, with good mattresses on the beds.
