“A perfect place to stay in Nice.”

This is an excellent place to stay in a lovely area. We were two couples and found it to be a short walking distance to tram stop and city centre. We were able to park our car in the underground parking. Beds comfortable, bathroom very modern and spotlessly clean. Good outdoor area, which must be rare in the city centre. Great communication with Laurent from booking through to arrival. Equally good welcome and intro to the flat from Benoit. Well recommended from this seasoned traveller.

The apartment was very clean, very comfortable, very well equipped and the location was perfect. Within 15 minutes, we were spoiled for choice with restaurants, shopping, groceries, transport. The private, secure parking was a real bonus. The security of the building was top notch too. And the washer and dryer were appreciated for a longer stay. It was also very nice to have access to a lovely yard. Laurent was very easy to deal with, and Benoit eas a delight.

The location is very good, very close to the Tramway station. The apartment has its own parking space inside the building. There are two entrances to the building, making it very secure. The two-bedroom apartment is perfect for our four people, and the garden is very comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't have much time to stay. Laurent is a very kind, responsible and patient owner, providing us with a lot of useful information even before we checked in until we left.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and was spacious for the 4 of us. The garden area was an added bonus and a great area to relax. The location is excellent for the old town, the beach and transport, within 5 mins walking for the tram and 10 for the train station. Laurent was a great host, very responsive, and provided lots of useful information before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anybody travelling to Nice.

Lovely large and modern 2 bed apartment in the center of Nice. Short walk to the center of Nice and then Old Town in the opposite direction. Added bonus is the garden terrace. Comfy beds. Laurent the owner was extremely helpful and responsive.

Lovely apartment in a great location, lots of local cafes and restaurants and ten minute walk to old town , main sites. 15 minutes to seafront. Perfect for enjoying Nice. Laurent is an exceptionally helpful host, wonderful suggestions for trip and so gracious.

House is new and it's in center, but it's silent there. There is a good underground parking, fast chek in and apartment owner Laurent was in touch and helped if we needed it.

The apartment was perfect for our visit and our host was great to communicate with. The apartment is a very short, easy walk to the beach and old town. Everything in the apartment was clean and new, the outside garden is lovely to enjoy outdoor dining and the whole location quiet. The neighbours in the apartment block also friendly and approachable. A great apartment to stay in.

The apartment is exceptionally well equipped with high spec facilities and very stylish decor. It’s unusual to find an apartment with outdoor space, here we were able to enjoy a little garden with both sunny and shaded spots. The location is good, within walking distance to the main tourist areas, with a supermarket and bakery very close. Laurent was very friendly and helpful, from the point of booking, right through to check out. Definitely planning a return visit!
