Lovely comfortable apartment close to the Promenade in a nice neighbourhood with restaurants and food shops close by. Easy access from airport and to all Nice's attractions on foot or by bus or tram. Friendly helpful hosts who met us on arrival and answered all questions.

Location was excellent, within easy reach of shops, restaurants, public transportation. The promenade and beach where 50 metres away!

“Perfect location with parking”
Perfect location, for the beach you just have to cross the boulevard, you can walk to shops and restaurants and old Nice. Your car can stay safe in the garage for only 10 euro a day. The appartement is super clean and feels a lot bigger than it is because of the simple and functional design. A lot of shelfs, hooks and closets to put away your stuff. You can use a portable beach parasol and 2 beach chairs. Really quiet and no street noise because the appartement is overlooking the courtyard.
