The apartment has two cozy and spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large, comfortable living room. Everything was very clean, and we had everything we needed during our stay, including a hair dryer and shower gel. The dishwasher was a great bonus and made things very convenient. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. The host was very kind and helpful and provided us with all the necessary details. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place.

The property was truly beyond our expectations!! It was neat and clean, with spacious rooms and a really pretty balcony overlooking the Nice views. It had a great location and was walking distance to the coastal road and Old Nice. The facilities of the flat were amazing and in working condition. Also we loved the kitchen! And of course not to forget the host- Muriel was really helpful and prompt in replying to all our doubts.

“Absolutely stunning apartment with ALL you need on vacation”

Everything was absolutely fine! The apartment is VERY clean, almost sterile :-) Both beds are super comfortable. Internet is very fast. Inside we had loads of useful stuff - all kitchen utensils and equipment including a dishwasher, pot and pan, all kind of dishes, glasses, cups, mugs etc., (there is even salt, oil, candies, tea, cookies, 1L bottle of still water), iron and ironing board, Bosch washing machine with detergent, even magnifying mirror, loads of different shampoos and body wash gels etc. So there is really everything you need on vacation. All 3 air conditioners worked perfectly fine! One bedroom and a dining room face the street and the other bedroom and a kitchen open onto the courtyard, so the whole apartment is easily ventilated. You will have 2 balconies with a wonderful view on a nice architecture. The railway station Nice Riquier is just 7-9 min walk. It was very easy to go to Monaco on the TER train (SNCF). We would definitely stay here again. Muriel, thank you very much for our wonderful stay in your apartment!

Great location, the flat was spotless and very spacious and is much bigger than it appears in the pictures. Muriel was very helpful and didn't mind meeting us late in the evening when our flight was delayed. Will definitely stay again when visiting Nice if it is available.

This is one of the best apartments I have stayed in,and over 20 years I have stayed in very many. It was super comfortable, spacious, clean,airy and with a much greater range of supplies than is usually found. It is 3 doors to the supermarket and 2 minutes to the tram stop. You can people watch from the balcony while having a coffee or glass of wine. A very pleasant part of Nice to stay in, quiet and not far from the old port.

Roomy and comfortable, this apartment was delightful. It was an enjoyable stay in an authentic area of Nice, away from too many tourists. It was well equipped with plenty of storage. Top floor but there is a lift. Safe neighbourhood with a good coffee shop at the corner where the tram stops. We would stay here again. Good value!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was attractive, spacious, had all the facilities we required, and close to the centre of town.

We had great communication with Muriel, found the apartment easily (two minutes walk from Republique tram stop) and were warmly welcomed. The apartment is large and quiet and has all the facilities described, good quality appliances, a homely feel.

Spacious (2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet) and clean apartment. Quiet building. Great location with different supermarkets and even a mall around the corner, tram station nearby, close to the old town. Great value for money.

We have stayed in many flats, apartments, Airbnb etc. over the years this flat ranks very highly. Pretty near perfect for a few days or weeks for that matter. About 2 mins from tram stop then a further 3 mins to Garibaldi sq and entrance to the Old Town, beach, harbour, great location. Well equiped On 5th floor but had a lift Host was excellent.

Close to the old town and restaurants. Quiet and safe area close to supermarkets. Host was very friendly and helpful. Very much enjoyed our stay!
