“Great simple apartment in fantastic location.”
The assistance and communication from the host was exceptional. She allowed me to check in early and was super friendly. The location is fantastic. The apartment is only 2 blocks north of the Old Town and then another 2 short blocks to the Promenade, a 10 min walk in total. Or to the west is the main shopping road, only 7 mins walk to Zara! This meant that i could easily nip home multiple times a day when out & about in the town to use my bathroom or take a break before going out again for dinner or something. Also plenty of handy shops nearby including my recommendation Le Country Store for fantastic coffees & homemade bakery. The apartment I had was on the ground floor facing the inner courtyard so no great views and all quite basic and small but I think this is reflected in the very reasonable price. If you don't need luxury then it is fine. It was very clean and all in working order. I was provided with a good rotating fan which I appreciated. Thank you Valerie for a lovely stay 😊

The apartment is a tiny hole without an air conditioner, it was 30 °C in there. The heat was intolerable, I moved out earlier and had to book a hotelroom last minute for a fortune, even though this one was prepaid. The pictures are from 2 apartments.

This property is beautifully located right in the center of Nice. When arriving, the host was very helpful when we got a bit lost. She also gave us tips about the centre. The place was very clean and the building looked beautiful. There is plenty of space and all necessary facilities are available; soaps, towels, bed sheets etc. Really loved my stay here, would come again.
