The Matisse room is on the attic floor (unfortunately the other bigger rooms are full), spacious, clean, with a window that overlooks the beach on one side. Walking distance to everything. Friendly staff.

This is a really lovely and spacious apartment right in the heart of Nice. The building itself is beautiful and well preserved and the apartment had everything we needed for a great stay in Nice! The host was very helpful and responsive.

Its location was fantastic with a lovely room although no balcony it had wonderful large windows overlooking the hustle and bustle of the outdoor market everyday including Christmas Day .

Excellent location. Quaint little French apartment. It looks just as the pictures posted. Strange array of furnishings, but that made it unique. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Fantastic, vibrant location in the old town and on the seafront. The property is a wonderful historic building with lots of character. There are a multitude of restaurants and the flower market just outside the main front door. There is a great view of the seafront while standing at the windows.

It is beautiful and spacious. The view from the balcony is right out to the beach. The kitchen and bathroom and well fitted out - even though we didn’t use the kitchen facilities much, I was impressed that everything was there. Loved the styling of the whole place from furniture to decor.

Great location in a historic house, next to the market and two minutes walk to the beach and close to the old town of Nice. Good communication with owner. When we arrived there was a big water bottle in the fridge, moscito repellant was plugged, there was shampoo and soap in the shower and there were two beach towels so everything was very good and beyond that. Defenetly recommend this place for a stay in Nice.

Great location! The balcony looks right onto the perfect blue sea, the apartment is light and airy and spacious. It is located right in the middle of the Old Town which is always very busy and can be a little noisy in the evenings but nothing too bad. I would not recommend stocking up on groceries at any of the little shops in the immediate area as they are very expensive, walk into town and you'll find Carrefour, MonoPrix and several other places you can get food and drink at much more reasonable prices. Madame Vallet was very helpful and made sure we had good supplies of coffee (very important). It wasn't cheap but when we booked it we didn't realise that the Rugby World Cup would be taking place making all local accommodation more expensive than usual. However I still think it was value for money and we really enjoyed staying there.
