“Fine and perfect communication.”

As our another appartment was cancelled when we already were in Nice, we booked this one. So it took just half an hour as we booked, got a keys and get into the appartment. Thank you very much for this! It was not cleaned to the end, but the personal came and cleaned it very well that we really do appreciate. The place is very good, close to the main street , to the shop

Communication with the owner was excellent as our flight was delayed and had to organise other ways to pick up the key. Loved the location. Close to everything

“A great place for a good price”

The apartment is located in a very convenient location. All attractions can be reached on foot or by public transport. It is a few minutes' walk from the train station. There are many shops, bakeries, restaurants and cafes nearby. This apartment has enough facilities and a very good Wi-Fi. The owner is extremely kind and responsive. We would be happy to stay at that place again.

Everything was great, great location, great apartment, really great host and communication with the host was excelent, we enyojed our stay.

Grate location, near everything you need. There is a big store with all the things you need. Restaurants, MacDonalds, Tram.

Very clean apartment. I stayed there with my husband and friend for a couple of nights. It is on the 4th floor but has a lift which is really handy for cases. The kitchen area was great for preparing meals. The bedroom bed was comfortable. Having A/C was a big plus in the hot weather. Communication with the host was good and the process for picking up the keys from a nearby location was easy. Flat is in a great location, near the high street and only 10-15 mins from the beach.

The location is perfect, right in the centre of everything.

The apartment is well situated, the main street is a very popular street with tourists with a lot of stores and restaurant. Close to the beach about a 10 minute walk, close to the train statin about 10 minutes walk and close to a few supermarkets.

good location right on Jean Medicin street (main shopping street) in front of a tram station. 10 min from train station and 15 mins to the promenade/ beachfront. apartment was large and we had two separate beds for more comfort. glad we had the washing machine for quick laundry and stove for simple meals.
