“Lovely treasure of a place to stay in Nice”

The best thing about the property is the view from the balcony, it’s so beautiful! You can sit out there with a drink and watch the sunset, so lovely. The host Annie was so sweet, although we can’t speak French and she can’t speak English, we managed to get by :) great location for the price.

We had a fantastic stay! The hostess was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit, which made everything so easy and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the stunning view from the apartment, it was right opposite the bed, so we would wake up to it every morning.

We had a wonderful time! The apartment was very cute and the view obviously amazing! The host - Annie was very sweet and caring, she even took us downtown and gave us lemons on our way home. Although we didn’t know french, we had no problem communicating. Also we didn’t have car but had no problem going to other cities like Èze, Monton or Monaco. We have absolutely nothing bad to say and will come back!

“Amazing stay in Nice, the best view and the kindest host”

We had the most amazing stay in Nice! The place has breathtaking view, charm and warm homey feeling. The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed for a good stay, shorter or longer and you can prepare meals if you prefer to stay in. Our host was the sweetest and most caring lady! Had very good communication with her, she was kind, smiling, friendly, and helpful in every possible way! Would definitely recommend and come back if visiting Nice. Even though the location is a little further, there is a bus stop nearby so it is still easy to access the main sights of the city. Just note there are no shops within walking distance, but accessible by the bus.

“Pleasant, simple, quiet place to stay with gorgeous views of Nice”

The view from this property is outstanding. Having breakfast each morning looking over all of Nice was fantastic. Also, while watching the sunset with a glass of wine you're able to look down on the airplanes landing at Nice Airport. It's a really tremendous view. The host, Ani, was extremely helpful and really made an effort to ensure we were comfortable.

It was an amazing experience for us as a young couple. We enjoyed our evenings on the balcony with the view over Nice and during the day, in order to get down in the city, we took the little pathway through the forest. Amazing stay! Would love to return for the exceptional views and the experience. Annie was very kind to us and helpful, but take in mind that she only speaks French.

“Spectacular views with the most thoughtful caring host.”

Staying at this property was a very big highlight of our long trip around Europe, the host waited around until 9:30pm to give us the keys on arrival, she was an extremely welcoming kind person that really wanted us to have the best possible stay. On our first day she drove us to the centre of Nice, showed us the bus route/station as we didn't stay with a car and she even gave us a bus pass that allows 10 trips therefore we didn't have to pay for travel at all around all the different cities we visited. The view is extremely breath taking and the location is very close to Eze Village along with Mococo both by bus and the travel was very easy. The free wifi worked perfectly and although the buses stop travelling up the mountain at 8pm, the view of this accomodation is so great that we loved being home early every night to watch the sunset over the whole of Nice centre. When leaving we didn't realise we left our passports in the property but luckily she came running down to the bus stop for us to return it before we got on the bus. overall 10/10 would recommend any couple wanting a nice getaway in a slightly quiter part of nice with easy access to get to everywhere close.

The view is amazing! The location is good if you have a car, the host provided us with free parking. The kitchen is good, the bed is ok, set of towels and free toiletries are included

Stunning view of Nice! The deck was a lovely place to sit out and eat/drink. Annie was amazing. A very kind person, who went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay. thank you so much for having us.

We like the view of our room and the terrace. And our room was very silent
