“Extremely dirty place and disrespectful owner”
The place was extremely dirty and smelled horrible looked NOTHING like the photos! We booked 2 nights but ended up not even staying 1 night, money down the drain. Kid bed fell apart, adult beds smelled like sex and sweat and felt wet, questionable residence building not seeming like a safe environment for with a kid. After calling the owner he said everything is clean. Nothing was clean. Owner then harassing me for questioning the place and assuring everything is, while we clearly were in an unkept dirty place then him saying he will come in an aggressive tone. We didn't feel safe after having him on the phone as a mother with a kid, we ended up leaving not staying a single night. Absolute scam and waste of money and extremely rude and disrespectful communication from the owner and extremely angry.

Location was great, everything was very close-beach, shops, city… we had very nice balcony with a lot of space for breakfast. There was hairdryer, hair-iron, washing machine, normal iron… everything what you need. Owner was very helpful, responding to all our questions immediately.

A nice apartment with a good location to explore Nice and its surroundings. It was small but with all the facilities needed for the stay. The host was very friendly and helpful

“You get what you pay for...”
Superb location! The apartment was conveniently located between two tram stops and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bakery. Our stay included parking which was a huge bonus! The host was extremely thorough with the check-in details. However, the wifi information provided before check-in was incorrect and should be updated for future guests.

Very well positioned. Very convenient for the main attractions. The host gave us all the right indications to find the property fast. The parking is a big plus on the property.
