Good selection at breakfast, and we thought the water fountain was a great idea. The pool area while small was really well layed out and relaxing.

The Hotel Manager was very unprofessional. That is more than enough. He blamed us for all of his mistakes and he even didn't blink while lying on our faces. If we had chance we would cancel our booking

Location,very clean rooms….but most important man is Mr.Dragan on the front desk. if he is not the manager, I should be! Mr.Dragan resolve problem fast and with smile…great thanks Mr.Dragan from Belgrade and recommendation to Serbs where to stay in Nice!

Friendliness, helpfulness, especially Alexander. So kind and welcoming. The breakfast was very good. Bags were kept safely after checkout, as we had late flight departure.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, particularly convenient for the train station. We really enjoyed the garden at the rear, which would be a lovely spot to spend time on sunny days. The sitting area at the front is also a nice space, especially for a morning coffee. That said, it would benefit from more comfortable seating and improved flooring, as the artificial grass feels a bit cheap and detracts from the overall feel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which made a positive difference to our stay. We also loved the Juliette balcony overlooking the rear in our bedroom.

“What a lovely hotel for a short vacation in Nice”

It's a highly recommended hotel because its near to the City Center, Train Station and Beach. The room is big with a clean and newly renovated toilet. All working properly like the lights and hot water. There's kettle, mugs and coffee machine provided in the room. There's a refillable water and coffee at the main Reception area which is really handy. Breakfast was very good and very filling. The 3 male receptionists are very friendly and helpful when you ask them ideas where to go. Thanks to Alexandre. The hotel is allowing us to leave our small luggage and 2 backpacks after we checked out at 11am because we still have to go to Cannes for an afternoon tea and collect our bags at 4pm for our evening flight back to London. I'm very happy of my stay in Nice Excelsior Hotel and will probably comeback to book the same hotel again.

Everything was very clean, nice staff, room decoration 8.5/10 but very clean and organized, bathroom perfect. And good location, many restaurants nearby and train station super close

A great location of the hotel, near by to the train station, restaurants and shops. We liked the decoration in our big room. Having a coffee machine in our room is a great thing indeed. Also the free water bottle to fill-in next to the reception is very useful. A room with a balcony is always nice. The employees were very helpful and friendly, especially the man who worked in the afternoon/evening.
