“Good location, the property was everything we wanted”
Nice and clean, everything we needed was there, excellent property. Host / owner couldn’t be more helpful. Not in the town centre so not busy but only a 15 min walk to the train station and 20 min to the beach. Plenty of supermarkets and eating places nearby, spoilt for choice.

“It was a great stay, in the beautiful Nice. A good find and a recommendation!”
The appartement was clean and had airco, the host was very kind and explained everything very well and was always available for questions or requests. Just a 15 minute walk and you would arrive close to the promenade and the center of Nice. Plenty of breakfast places around, and a bit pro was the supermarket in the same street. We had a lovely stay with the four of us! Even the sleeping couch was a perfectly comfortable bed. Would recommend!

A very nice and serviceminded host😃👍🏻 A very nice area and grocery store and bakery, just around the corner. 5-10 minutes from the railwaystation if you like to visit other places at the Riviera. 15-20 to the beach and old town. 5 minutes to go to shoppingstreet Av. Jean Médecin. A functional and nice appartement with aircondition in both rooms.

Everything was perfect. The host is very nice and helpful, and the apartment is clean and nice, close to the train station and the beach is not far either.

“A perfect break”
Great location access to town beach trams and buses excellent facilities. Very comfortable and clean. Very useful kitchen with coffee maker induction job and microwave Balconies on bedroom and lounge catching the sun morning and night

The apartment is quite spacious (especially for French standards) and has everything one needs. Very good location.
