Better than expected! Very good location, and the apartment had plenty of space and felt secure once inside. There was even a sun umbrella and beach towels available, which was a nice touch. Communication with the establishment was smooth and easy throughout. Highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable, well situated very close to the promenade and near to the restaurants, cafes etc.. The communication with Alessandro was very swift and smooth, Stefano at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

Great location, staff were very helpful, aircon was great in the heat and the bed was mostly comfortable. Cheaper than other places in town but still quite expensive for what you get.

Short walk from Alsace tram or Promenade Anglais. Convenient shops, restaurants and cafes. Tidy, clean and roomy apartment. Communication with the owner was great and friendly. I was never concerned there would be a problem (and there wasn’t). Small kitchenette with a big fridge freezer. Huge bathroom that was either recently refurbished or just really good. Decor was neutral and smart if a bit sparse.

Very good location, well equipped kitchen and the apartment was in good shape.

Location and space in the accommodation

“Big disappointment”

We checked into Apartment number 1. The only positive thing to mention was, that the staff responded always very fast in the whats app and promised they would adress the issues.

Location amazing. Very nice neighborhood,Couldn't be better. Comfortable space, bed comfortable shower was powerful. The receptionist in the hostel allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours while we walked around Nice centre which was very handy.
