“A big disappointment, highly priced (in Summer)”
The hosts living upstairs are friendly. They have a gorgeous baby and a sweet cat. There is good aircon.

Myriam, the host, is exceptionally helpful. She responded to all questions quickly and provided invaluable information about Nice. The apartment is compact but it is clean and well appointed, and has just about everything you need for a week's stay. The garden even has a vegetable area that you can use for breakfast!

Location was excellent, with lots of restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance as well as public transport links. Property is beautiful, well maintained and the terrace was lovely for relaxing. Hosts also very easy to communicate with.
