“Boutique and very impressed”
Size of room. Layout of room. Air-conditioning was effective. Good shower pressure. Good bed on the firmer side. Friendly staff. Convenient for train station. A doable walk to the promenade.

“Lovely boutique hotel in a great location”
We had a lovely stay at Maison Durante. The location was perfect - very close to the train station and a short walk from the seafront and city centre. The property was immaculate, the room very tastefully designed and the products were beautiful! There was an unlimited supply of water and coffee pods available during our stay. The staff were super friendly and check was quick and easy, with a dedicated WhatsApp number for any enquiries. Thank you team Maison Durante, we will be back!

“Lots to praise, but there were some issues”
This would have been a much higher score, but there are a couple of issues we can't ignore... However, the positives! The staff were all lovely and friendly, and also very helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the air con worked well and wasn't noisy. The bedroom decor was nice (but had issues, see below), shower room was very nice (also issues though!). The location was excellent as we were only 5 minutes from the train station, and less than 10 minutes from the main shopping street. The beach was a bit longer at 15 mins, and the old town is about 20 mins - but you can't be near everything in Nice! There could have been more choices, but what they did have at breakfast was very tasty.

A pretty and very clean boutique hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Shut out to Emma and the guy at the breakfast hall. 5 mins walk to the main train station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Very convenient.

“We had a great time”
The staff were very friendly and helpful without exception. The location in the centre of a block meant there are no roads running next to the hotel, so it was pleasantly quiet for being in a city.

“Maison Durante Nice”
Location is perfect, near to main station (5 minute walk), city centre and old town (15 minute walk). Quiet and very comfortable and spacious rooms. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast choices.

“Excellent stay at this hotel.”
Centrally located within easy walking distance to everything in Nice. From before we arrived Emma was in contact, met us on arrival and gave us a run down of where to see how to get around and even recommendations for food and drink. The hotel is clean and as it’s off the road no passing traffic. Would definitely return if back to Nice in the future
