“An amazing property which is even better than the photos”
Everything you need including Nespresso coffee! Amazing views from 2 balconies (living area and master bedroom) Very efficient AC...greatly needed as over 30 degrees Very close to medium sized carrefore which had everything you need (including ice!) Bus stops very convenient to Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer & Monaco. Loved everything about it and sad to leave

Palais Maeterlinck is a marvelous location minutes out of Nice Port, has a grocery store steps away while being a quiet and luxurious location overlooking the sea. It has a beautiful, large swimming pool and surrounding gardens. The host was most gracious, helpful, and accommodating.

“Super experience and a perfect place to be four persons. Also suitable for two friends couples.”
Fantastic location with wonderful view and easy access through lift to the sea. No beach, but protected stairs to deep water swimming. Very nice arrangement with two stories balcony. Modern kitchen three bathrooms and spacious lower floor and to nice bedrooms upstairs with ensuite and balcony on both sides.

Absolutely unique residence with an interesting history and heritage. Amazing views on the coast, well-kept grounds, friendly stuff and professional security. I was absolutely in love with the swimming pool - the best one I've seen.
