“Its was really nice!!”
The Host was very pleasant, was easy check in and check out was really easy and convenient! In the apartment we find welcome vine and snacks :) The place is located in the old town in the middle of everything and you can reach in working distance what you want and need (famous market, supermarkets restaurants, beach and tram station is near) but also its was quite silent during the night! Its the best balance! You could reach the apartment from airport also easily.

“Great location in the centre of the old town Nice”
The host left us a bottle of wine, some biscuits and coffee on arrival. He also carried our suitcase up the stairs. The apartment had air conditioning.

“Brillint apartment for a beach side holiday”
The location to the restaurants, landmarks and (most importantly) the beach couldn’t be better. also, the air conditioning was brilliant and the kitchen was well equipped

“We liked the apartment and Raffi is a good host and kind”
The apartment was tidy and big enough for our large family. We arrived quiet late because of flights cancellations, Raffi made our arrival very welcome and was very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a good location.
