“nice designed apartment located next to the beach and old town”
the good location: 3 min of walking you reach the beach, the room is equipped with A/C and is very clean. you the host also prepared cafe capsule you can use, Cutlery and forks are complete. you just need to inform the host before your arrival and they will meet you infront of the apartment to give you the key.

It is very close to the beach with many restaurants near-by. The place is spacious and comfy, you’ve got everything you need in the kitchen.

“Big apartment near the beach”
There’s some noise from the street outside, especially during the weekend. But that’s not the hostess fault, but the location is great and super central so a bit of noise is a price I’m willing to pay.

The apartment is in an amazing location and has been fitted out really well with everything you need. It was very clean and comfortable. Sitting out on the balcony was great and being in the middle of every evening's hussle and bustle.

“We really enjoyed out stay in Nice.”
The apartment was in a great location. Lots of restaurants to choose from very close by but not noisy at night. Comfortable beds. The electronic shutters were brilliant to keep out the early morning light. Sea front was just a short walk away, the old town about ten minutes walk. All very easy. Small supermarket close by.
