Lovely, bright and well equipped apartment in prime location, overlooking a charming square with plenty of cafees and restaurants. From the small balcony you can soak up the afternoon sun while enjoying the atmosphere from the square beneath you.

The location was amazing. Nice clean large apartment except the bathroom is a little tight.

A great central location and view tidy apartment that catered for all our needs. Whilst we were primarily in Nice to explore the town, Cannes and Monte Carlo the apartment also provided a great base to chill and relax in our own company. I think it will be hard to find a better apartment for the price. The keys were easy to collect from a lock box five minutes walk from the apartment, and the communications were excellent not only before but throughout our stay. We always felt that if we needed to reach out for help that Leo would reply very quickly. Thank you Happy Rentals!! Craig & Lucy.

Prime location overlooking a charming square from the balcony. One of the nicest holiday apartments we have ever stayed in. Prime condition close to shopping, cafees and restaurants, nice and new furniture, wonderful and bright with plenty of sunlight, electric blinds, well-equipped kitchen - everything was super nice and very clean - and with great attention to detail. We would love to stay there again!

Happy Rentals allowed us to check in early. Great instructions and communication before arrival. Brilliant time! Would definitely recommend.

Location was amazing. Dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer perfect. We didn’t cook. Apartment great size for two people. The agents communication was 10-10. Lift small but did the job. Balcony small but worked. Coffee machine was great. key collection was very simple.

This apartment is in the heart of a busy eating and shopping precinct as well as being about 3 blocks walk to the beach. Well equiped and comfortable apartment.

we’ve arrived late at the evening, and firstly the was a terrible smell in the lift/entrance hall, BUT then we entered an apartment, started to unpack our bag and understood that there was clean enough only to make a photos.. we started to clean it ourselves, firstly a toilette but when we entered a bedroom and found there a layer of old dust... strength and nerves have ended, we didn't want to breathe it and we moved to a hotel nearby.. As we stayed there only couple days, we didn't want to move each day from apartment to hotel and then return back, so we stayed at the hotel. But owner even didn't offer to return the payment for this, when they violated the minimum conditions for providing housing - did not clean it up properly. And it is not our whims, it is a normal attitude towards customers. Also there is only one floor condition for the apartment and noisy street downstairs.
